Automation Tester Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions using Selenium across Java, C#, Salesforce and ETL technology stacks.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test strategies and coverage.
• Build and enhance scalable, reusable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Develop automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, data pipelines and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and expected outcomes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Validate data integrity across systems, including ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Implement and manage Test Data Management strategies for accurate and reliable test environments.
• Support Salesforce testing, including UI and backend validations where applicable.
• Identify, log and track defects, and ensure resolution and retesting.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Continuously improve test automation processes, frameworks and tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements

• Experience across diverse testing stacks, including Selenium with Java, C#, Salesforce, ETL or Test Data Management.
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with strong automation experience across multiple technologies.
• Ability to adapt to different testing needs, improve test coverage and collaborate effectively within cross-functional, global teams in a dynamic, multi-initiative environment.
