Tramicon S.A. is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia. The company operates a commercial vehicle service workshop and authorized parts distributor, supporting Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso vehicles.
Help keep customers’ vehicles and work moving by coordinating efficient service and maintenance solutions for trucks, buses, and vans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage personnel involved in vehicle service.
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Advise customers, including Renting Colombia and Bavaria.
- Manage spare-parts inventory.
- Prepare quotations and service orders.
- Occasionally train drivers to understand Mercedes-Benz vehicle indicators.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as an automotive service advisor.
- Technical or technologist-level education in automotive mechanics.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Spiga+ or Autoliena is preferred.
Job type: Full-time, on-site role in Barranquilla, Colombia.
