Optimize technician scheduling to improve workload balance and turnaround times. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and promote collaboration. Use performance metrics to assess service delivery and identify improvement opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven customer service skills with clear communication in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in team leadership, preferably in an automotive service environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus. Proficiency with service management software and tools. 2 to 5 years of relevant automotive service management experience.
