This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.Location: Carolina Puerto Rico AirportSalary Range: USD $90,000 plus comprehensive benefitsShift: Administrative - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.This position offer: Competitive compensation and comprehensive fringe benefits.Opportunity to lead operations at a major airport fuel depot for a respected industry leader.Dynamic, hands-on management role with direct impact on safety and operational excellence.Work environment that values leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of operations management experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably involving fuel depots, tank storage, into-plane operations, or similar fuel handling operationsDemonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, including managing teams in unionized environments, overseeing training compliance, and driving workforce performance.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong knowledge of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards, including airport regulations, industrial waste management, emergency response, and incident management.Expertise in fuel or industrial quality assurance/control programs, inventory management, and reconciliation processes.Strong analytical and technical skills, including KPI development and analysis, technical reporting, automated control systems, and operational performance monitoring.Experience managing operating and capital budgets (Opex/Capex), implementing audit recommendations, and ensuring effective financial and operational controls.Main Responsibilities:Overseeing safe and efficient operations at the airport fuel depot, ensuring compliance with quality standards and local regulations.Managing depot staff, conducting shift briefings, and providing hands-on leadership.Handling inventory control, addressing safety and environmental requirements, and supporting audits.Coordinating daily activities, managing budgets, and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.Helping you discover what’s next in your career is what we’re all about, so let’s get to work.Apply to be Aviation Superintendent today!All applications and inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.Lilly Abouomar 9395454792#SETTPuertoRico #Kelly80
