Azure Data Engineer -Remote- English Fluent

About the role

IT Convergence is looking for a Senior Azure Data Engineer for a long-term project. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing modern data solutions on Microsoft Azure, with self-service data platforms and analytics that enable business and technical users to access, transform, and consume trusted data independently. Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures using Microsoft Azure.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large and complex datasets.
• Develop data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and related Azure services.
• Implement and support self-service data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, transformations, and integration processes.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance across data platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, BI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and production processes.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices, and participate in architecture and technical design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing modern data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Solid experience with self-service data platforms and analytics.
• Fluent English.
