In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring quality and accuracy by performing quick checks to verify AI-generated output against source data.
Position Overview
Role: Back Office Agent Project Duration: 2 Months (Contract)Type: Full-time / Short-term Project
Key Responsibilities
Parsing & Label Matching: Review AI-generated extracted text and visual outputs to ensure correct labeling and categorization.Verification Checks: Perform swift, accuracy-focused checks to confirm whether the AI output matches the source document.Data Flagging: Briefly flag discrepancies, misalignments, or low-confidence results for senior review.Consistency & Efficiency: Maintain high volume and throughput while preserving strong attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
High Attention to Detail: Exceptional visual acuity and precision when comparing two sets of data or labels.Basic Tech & Computer Literacy: Comfortable using web-based tools, annotation platforms, and simple spreadsheets.Patience & Focus: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy during repetitive tasks.Strong Communication: Basic written English skills for flagging edge cases clearly.Prior Experience: Experience in data entry, document review, or back-office processing is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a keen eye for detail are welcome!
