As we expand internationally, we are strengthening our team in India and seeking a skilled Back Office E-commerce Specialist in Kolkata to ensure smooth online store operations and efficient management of back-end tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks related to the e-commerce platform, including order processing, shipment tracking, coordination with designers, and handling returns. Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and ensure accurate data entry for all SKUs. Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries. Work with the e-commerce team to improve internal processes and streamline workflows. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and discounts on the website. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain detailed transaction records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce back office or similar role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experienced with e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams. Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is highly valued. Compensation Salary: ₹40,000 per month Work Location This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India and is not eligible for remote work.
