Absolute Interpretation And Translation Limited is seeking a Beginner-Level AI-Assisted Document Translator to join our innovative team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to accurate and contextually relevant document translations using AI-assisted tools. Key Responsibilities Translate documents accurately between languages using AI-assisted translation software, ensuring preservation of meaning and context. Format translated documents according to client specifications with attention to detail. Manage time effectively to meet daily deadlines for translation assignments. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to clarify translation requirements and resolve challenges. Review and proofread translations to eliminate grammatical and contextual errors. Participate in ongoing training to enhance translation skills and learn new AI tools. Help maintain an organized database of translated documents for easy retrieval and reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in both source and target languages. High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Basic computer literacy, including experience with word processing and document formatting software. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with AI-driven translation tools is a plus but not mandatory.
