Behavioral Health Technician BHT

Supervising and supporting residents, assisting with ADLs/ILS, facilitating and monitoring group participation, completing daily documentation, medication observation/support, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Requirements include valid driver’s license/ID, fingerprint clearance card, TB Quantiferon Gold Test, notarized criminal affidavit, high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, experience in behavioral health or residential settings preferred, reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Open shifts available, weekends are 12 hrs shift. Pay starts at $18/hour with opportunities for overtime.
