Benefits Associate

We're partnering with a global organization to find an HR Benefits Associate to support employee benefits administration across Latin America.
This is a great opportunity for HR professionals with experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Payroll, or Benefits Administration who have been exposed to employee benefits processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment.
We're looking for someone with:Advanced English (daily communication with global teams)At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, or Employee LifecycleExposure to benefits administration or employee benefits processesStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExperience working with HRIS platforms (Workday is a plus)
Location: Bogotá, ColombiaHybrid: 3 days per week in the office
You'll collaborate with global HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Benefits teams, supporting employees across Latin America while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
