Benefits Plan Administrator

We are looking for a Benefits Plan Administrator with exceptional organizational skills to support one of our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should be organized with an eye for detail, high level of accuracy to manage a portfolio of retirement plan clients, and excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of retirement plan administration for an assigned client caseloadServe as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, investment advisors, and CPAsCoordinate plan administration and ensure timely completion of all deliverablesCollect, analyze, and upload employee dataPerform trust accounting and asset reconciliationEnsure timely deposit of employee deferralsCalculate employer contributions and annual plan contributionsIdentify and escalate errors for review and resolutionDocument and track plan activity using internal systems
QualificationsPreferred experience in benefits plan administrationBachelor’s degree preferredExperience with major recordkeeping platforms preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook requiredStrong analytical and mathematical aptitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityTeam-oriented with the ability to work independentlyClient-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
