The Bilingual Cold Caller makes outbound calls to prospective customers for an insurance partner, generates and qualifies leads, and schedules qualified appointments. The role involves a high volume of calls, following scripts, handling objections, documenting outcomes in the CRM, and maintaining consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments.
• Follow call scripts while adapting to prospect responses.
• Handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide basic customer support when needed.
• Work toward daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection and working in a high-volume calling environment.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
• Reliable and comfortable working independently.
