Role Description The Bilingual Executive Assistant with Outbound Calling Experience is a full-time remote role that provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing and tracking expense reports. The role involves handling outbound calls to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, including follow-ups, appointment setting, and information gathering. The Executive Assistant will prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence, maintain records, and support daily operations to ensure executives can focus on strategic priorities. This position requires consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating professionalism in both languages used.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as record keeping, correspondence, and general office organization in a remote setting.Ability to manage Expense Reports accurately, including tracking, reconciliation, and basic understanding of budget guidelines.Excellent Communication skills for outbound calling, email, and virtual meetings, with fluency in at least two languages (spoken and written).Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), video conferencing platforms, and CRM or call management systems.Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks for executive-level stakeholders.Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar support role, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential information.
