We Are Hiring: Operations Supervisor Location: Guayaquil | On-site About the RoleAs an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, workforce scheduling, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure business objectives are achieved. You will provide guidance, monitor key metrics, support employee development, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. What You'll DoSupervise and monitor the performance of team members to ensure business objectives.Prepare, analyze, and present operational and performance reports.Manage and maintain workforce schedules and shift rosters.Ensure accurate administration of team records, schedules, and performance documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies, campaign requirements, and quality standards. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role within a call center or operational environment.Experience preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics.
