We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in English and Spanish to provide exceptional service to our growing community. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact client satisfaction and property success in a vibrant market. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through buying and selling processes with expert advice and market insights. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings. Prepare and present sales proposals and market analyses to clients, ensuring clear understanding. Use bilingual communication skills to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds. Manage transaction documentation, contracts, and compliance; maintain accurate records. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and closing agents for smooth transactions. Stay informed on local market trends and property listings to maximize client outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required). High School Diploma or equivalent education. Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred. Knowledge of Costa Rican real estate laws and regulations. Familiarity with real estate software such as MLS and CRM systems. Proven success in sales, client management, and meeting targets.
