We are seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in English and Spanish to expertly guide clients through buying and selling properties in this beautiful coastal community. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients throughout the purchasing or selling process. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and market analyses to clients. Use bilingual communication skills to ensure clear and effective client interactions. Manage transaction documentation, contracts, and compliance with accuracy. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and closing agents to ensure smooth transactions. Stay informed on local real estate market trends and property listings. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred. Knowledge of Costa Rican real estate laws and regulations. Familiarity with MLS, CRM, and other real estate software tools. Proven success in sales, client management, and meeting targets.
