Bilingual Restaurant Manager

A Chinesse reasturant is looking for bilingual Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of its restaurant in Envigado, Antioquia.
We are looking for a hands-on and organized leader who can take ownership of the operation, lead the team, solve problems proactively, and maintain the restaurant’s standards even when the owner is not present.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of experience in restaurants.* 1+ year leading or managing teams.* B2 English level – spoken and written.* Experience with restaurant operations, inventory and staff management.* Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.* High level of accountability, honesty and initiative.* Kitchen experience is a plus.* Availability to work weekends and restaurant operating hours.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the restaurant team.* Organize schedules and monitor attendance.* Manage inventory, waste, costs and suppliers.* Oversee cash and sales control.* Ensure cleanliness and operational standards.* Handle customer service and resolve operational issues.* Organize invoices and coordinate with the external accountant.* Prepare payroll-related information: hours, absences, leave and employee updates.* Communicate directly with the owner in English.
