About the role
ReadyChatAI.llc is looking for a bilingual, results-driven Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, presenting ReadyChatAI’s products and services, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Conduct outbound sales through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, and respond to and qualify inbound leads.
- Communicate professionally with prospects in English and Spanish.
- Present and demonstrate ReadyChatAI’s products and solutions, understand customer needs, and explain how ReadyChatAI can solve their challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers, and follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and product demonstrations, negotiate with prospects, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs; gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
- Stay up to date with ReadyChatAI’s products, competitors, and developments in the AI and SaaS industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS sales, technology sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
