This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Paraguay.
What you'll actually do:Admin: Own the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.Operational: Improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects, and internal coordination.
What we're looking for:2+ years in a leadership role, Customer Service (Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager, or similar)C1 English, written and spokenAt least one role with 2+ year tenureComfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and AI enthusiastProactive by default, not by request
