Qualifications:A degree OR some units in allied medical course is preferredAt least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical AssistantAt least 6 months experience as a CSR2+ years bilingual (English & Spanish fluency required)Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)Knowledge of US healthcare private insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare)
