Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing customer invoices accurately and on time, in accordance with standard client-specific billing requirements. This role supports organizational cash flow by ensuring orders are invoiced efficiently, accurately, and in the proper format. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure all billable activity is processed without delay.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit customer invoices in required formats, including email, EDI, printed mail, manual uploads, and CASS portal submissions.• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to verify order completeness before invoicing.• Research and process rebills for invoices originally submitted with errors or missing information.• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding invoice requests or issues.• Review Power BI reports daily to confirm all released, billable orders are invoiced within 24 hours.• Support internal billing processes by adhering to documented timelines, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and willingness to receive and apply direction.• Effective verbal and written communication skills
