The role

We're looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Colombia. You'll own the end-to-end billing cycle for an assigned client portfolio across North and South America - ensuring invoices go out correctly, payments come in on time, and clients always have a reliable point of contact.

What you will do

Create invoices following established proceduresReview automatically generated invoices for accuracy and completenessPerform monthly billing reconciliation between the ERP system and local Notas FiscaisCollaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on contract terms, payment status, and client requestsManage inbound client communication - calls, emails, and support requests - responding promptly and professionallyMonitor and follow up with overdue accounts/debtors across the South American portfolio

What you bring

2+ years of experience in billing or other accounting process handling is preferableBachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field1+ year experience in a leading customer-facing organization (B2B SaaS is an advantage)Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Experience with Brazilian local invoicingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office with sharp analytical skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently

Nice to have

Intermediate proficiency in PortugueseExperience with ticketing systemsExperience working with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)Practical experience with AI-powered tools
