BIM Coordination Specialist

iSourcify is hiring a BIM Coordination Specialist to support a US-based construction company, with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Guatemala City. The initial engagement is six months, with the possibility of a six-month extension based on project needs and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesRun and manage clash-detection tests in Navisworks Manage.Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models.Organize, prioritize, document, and track clashes through resolution.Identify duplicates, false positives, and high-impact coordination issues.Prepare clash reports and materials for coordination meetings.Participate in meetings with US-based teams and project stakeholders.Verify model updates and follow up on unresolved issues.Maintain coordination records using the client’s standard trackers and procedures.
RequirementsAt least two years of experience in BIM coordination, model review, or clash detection.Hands-on proficiency with Navisworks Manage.Experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models.Working knowledge of Revit and construction documentation.Ability to interpret drawings, design intent, and model information.Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Professional written and spoken English.Degree or technical education in architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, or a related field—or equivalent experience.Availability to work full-time and on-site in Guatemala City.
Experience with US construction projects, international teams, or BIM collaboration platforms is preferred.
