BIM Product Owner

The RoleAs a Senior Product Owner, you will serve as the key intermediary between the production and development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing production requests and translating them into well-defined product requirements. This includes shaping user experiences, delivering detailed technical specifications, and ensuring that business objectives align with product vision and strategy
.Top Job ResponsibilitiesGathering and Documenting Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and workflows.Communication and Collaboration: Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Product Vision and Strategy: Define, develop, and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Roadmap and Prioritization: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.
Minimum Requirements and skillsBachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with experience in agile methodologies.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.Advanced proficiency in EnglishStrong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).Knowledge of BIM or AEC.Familiarity with tools like Jira, SQL, Excel, and Revit is a plus.You are great for this role if you:Are adaptable and able to adjust to different industries, with experience in a variety of projects and products.Have experience working with data and applying it to business or product decisions.
