Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers at promotional events across Ciudad de México, demonstrating and explaining various board games to spark interest and sales. Leverage your cultural knowledge to connect authentically with diverse audiences and tailor game recommendations to their preferences. Participate in professional photo shoots and marketing campaigns that showcase our products’ unique features and appeal. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative outreach strategies and promotional content. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the gaming experience and influence future product development decisions. Represent JUEGUEM at gaming conventions, fairs, and community events to increase brand visibility and market reach. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line and industry trends to communicate value effectively to potential customers. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma (Preparatoria) or equivalent education. Strong cultural awareness, especially within the board gaming community in Mexico. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently. Basic proficiency with computer applications and social media platforms for promotional activities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Preferred: Previous experience in promotional modeling, customer engagement, or event representation. Passion for board games and knowledge of current gaming trends. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus for broader audience engagement.
