Job OverviewAn established Canadian bearing distributor with over 20 years of operations is seeking a reliable, part-time Bookkeeper (Epicor Profit XXI) to provide immediate, long-term support. Working 4–5 hours per day (20 hours per week) on a stable Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule, you will manage daily bookkeeping transactions and account reconciliations. This fully remote role requires proven experience with ERP software to maintain accurate financial records. It offers a permanent work-from-home setup with an immediate hiring timeline for the right candidate.
ScheduleMon, Wed, Fri, and Sat, specific daily shift to be determined, EST time (5 hours per day/20 hours per week)
ResponsibilitiesProcess daily bookkeeping transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain financial records within the company ERP systemPerform data entry and account reconciliation tasksComplete assigned bookkeeping duties within the designated 4-5 hour work windowCollaborate remotely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
