Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, anticipate their needs, and provide attentive service.
- Serve bottles, mixers, and other beverages promptly and courteously.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts when needed.
- Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to support smooth service.
- Engage with guests and contribute to an energetic atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to prepare for service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
