WE’RE HIRING: BPO TRAINERWe are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to join our team and support the development and performance of our employees.If you are passionate about training, coaching, and helping teams succeed, we would love to hear from you!

🔹 Requirements:Previous experience as a BPO Trainer, preferably in a customer service or healthcare environment.Experience developing and delivering new-hire and refresher training programs.Strong knowledge of training facilitation, coaching, assessments, and performance evaluations.Excellent English communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.Ability to create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and employee profiles.Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and other virtual training platforms.Previous experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or related BPO operations is highly preferred.
