GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivers quality accounts through 100% target delivery in terms of net membership, loan portfolio, loan release and portfolio at risk and impact goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• At least 2 to 4 years related work experience on account management, sales or marketing function.
• Passionate in serving the poor through microenterprise development.
• Result-oriented and sound interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision making skills
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Has Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
