🛡️ The Role: • Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, minimizing liability through aggressive yet strategic approaches.• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements.• Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions.• Tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters.
⚖️ About you: As little as 6 months experience in workers’ compensation defense, all the way up to partner level in workers’ compensation law.
📍 Location: Hybrid or fully remote from any of the 8 offices across California.
