Seeking Innkeeper for Hillholm Estate (Kingfield)

Santosha at Hillholm Estate seeks an Innkeeper for year-round placement. Hillholm is a 20-bedroom Gilded Age estate located in Kingfield, ME, at the foot of Maine’s western mountains, home to Sugarloaf ski resort. Hillholm is now home to (1) Santosha, our all-inclusive mindfulness retreat center, offering yoga, meditation, and writing retreats, and (2) an elegant country inn for skiers and hikers. The Innkeeper coordinates with owner; prepares and serves meals to retreat guests; manages scheduling and operations for a staff of 15; provides excellent customer service to guests; and supports housekeepers as needed. Compensation commensurate with experience, and includes base salary, gratuity, and year-end bonus. Prior experience in food service and hospitality; team management; living in rural spaces; and comfort with technology required. Willing to train the right person. Yoga teacher certification a plus.
