Responsibilities

• Design and document business requirements that support enterprise information management, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to build a shared understanding of project requirements and alignment with business goals.
• Translate customer needs and requirements into software management tools.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and weekly demos.
• Communicate daily commitments.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a background in business process analysis.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum ceremonies.
• Passion for good engineering practices and testing.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate daily and weekly goals.
• Previous experience gathering, understanding, and formalizing functional requirements.
• Curiosity, humility, a willingness to learn, and a focus on getting things done.
