We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, define product capabilities, and ensure successful Agile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.Validate business requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy.Support process improvements and drive successful product outcomes.Required Skills:7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile software development environments.Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling.Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud-based applications.Knowledge of AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and UX teams.
