Your responsibilities as a Business & Data Analyst will be:Generate dashboards to monitor transactional behavior across electronic payment processing channels.Analyze data to understand customer transaction patterns, including when, where, and how transactions occur.Identify control points and generate insights that help prevent data integrity issues, fines, or sanctions.Validate that authorization performance aligns with brand mandates (e.g., Visa and Mastercard).Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to provide visibility for management decision-making.Support compliance, fraud monitoring, chargebacks, and audit functions through transactional data analysis and reporting.Detect and communicate potential risks related to fraud, data anomalies, or suspicious transaction activity.Provide recommendations to improve authorization service levels and operational efficiency.Identify opportunities for process improvements and new procedures based on data insights.Document processes, findings, and analytical procedures to ensure continuity and traceability.
In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent professional title in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.At least (2) years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or dashboard/report development.Knowledge of the financial sector and payment ecosystems, is preferred. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server.Experience with data analysis, trends, and statistical projections.Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to deliver strategic insights.Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pmAvailable to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required to support projects in the region.
