Responsibilities: GTM Support: Assist the Go-To-Market Manager and Director in the execution and follow-up of product, price, and promotion plans.Incentive Management: Manage the monthly review of incentive reserve quotas.PSI Analysis: Conduct routine Purchase, Sales, and Inventory data analysis to guide product launches.Business Planning: Design comprehensive business plans, including the analysis and calculation of project costs and expenses.Process Control: Provide decision support and participate in relevant internal control workflows. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.Experience: Background in retail sales, B2C business, or as a Sales Assistant is preferred.Language Skills: Advanced English. Chinese is preferred but not required.Technical Skills: Strong Excel, dashboard building.Highly analytical, precise, and systematic approach to problem-solving.Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with a strong teamwork-oriented attitude.
