Job Description

100% remote (Costa Rica area)Laptop will be issued and must be picked up onsiteWill be extended quarterly.To hire a skilled Business/Systems Analyst to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities for Enterprise Wiki, client Video Portal, and Power Platform by analyzing, integrating, and optimizing business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

Scope (Enterprise Wiki, client Video Portal, and Power Platform Applications/Flows):

Data Management:

Consolidate and migrate data from acquired entities.Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.Develop data management strategies to support business continuity.

System Optimization:

Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes.Implement new business processes to streamline operations.Ensure that systems support the strategic goals of the merged entity.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communication between management, IT, and other stakeholders.Present findings and progress updates.

Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

Ability to evaluate complex information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.Identifying and defining business problems and opportunities and recommending solutions.

Communication Skills:

Proficient in both verbal and written communication to clearly convey information to stakeholders.Effective at listening and understanding the needs and concerns of different stakeholders.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

Expertise in documenting requirements in formats like user stories, use cases, and requirement specifications.Able to document business processes

Experience:

+ English intermediateWe are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years.

Skills:

Technical Proficiency

Understanding of IT systems and how they support business processes.Microsoft Suite (Excel, ppt, etc...)PowerShellPowerBIService Now

Education:

BS degree helpful and required if position was to ever transition to client
