Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation / RPA to support enterprise automation initiatives across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong background in business process analysis, process mining, and automation consulting, with hands-on experience identifying, documenting, and delivering automation opportunities using RPA methodologies.Note: Strong automation and RPA experience is mandatory. Candidates with traditional Business Analyst experience but limited exposure to automation, process mining, or RPA initiatives will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:Perform business process analysis and process mining to identify automation opportunities across business functions.Analyze and optimize processes within:Supply ChainProcurementFinance & Accounting (F&A)Corporate ITShared ServicesCustomer SuccessSales & MarketingHuman ResourcesProduction Planning & ManagementParts ManagementFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current ("As-Is") business processes.Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.Consolidate ledger scope and maintain relevant business stakeholder documentation.Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed use cases and user stories.Prepare functional documentation required for RPA implementation, including:Process Definition Documents (PDD)Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Business process documentationCollaborate with automation developers and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, training materials, and conduct UAT training sessions.Coordinate UAT execution, production cutover, business sign-off, and hypercare support.Demonstrate solution capabilities through product demos and walkthrough sessions.Develop, execute, and maintain quality assurance and test plans.Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.Design dashboards, reports, and business metrics that support data-driven decision-making.Present analytical insights and recommendations to business and technical stakeholder
