Business Analyst / Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Project Management
Plan, manage and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Define project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.Manage change requests and ensure continued alignment with business goals.
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and user stories.Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a combination of both.Proven experience in managing software/IT projects from initiation through implementation.Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools would be an advantage.
