The ideal candidate should be skilled in writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile software development
ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirementsWrite user stories and acceptance criteriaCreate functional documentation and process flowsWork with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholdersSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activitiesMaintain requirement traceability and manage change requests
Required Skills6+ years of Business Analyst experienceStrong experience in requirements gathering and documentationHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience writing user stories and acceptance criteriaExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with distributed engineering teams
Good to HaveExperience with product modernization or digital transformationExposure to APIs, workflows, or data integrationExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ConfluenceBasic knowledge of testing and UAT
