Role OverviewZensar is seeking an experienced Business Consultant Sr Lead – Professional Services to join the Treasury and Risk – Risk Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking/financial services, treasury and risk management, and vendor product implementations, particularly across Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Risk Management, and IFRS 9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL).Candidates with experience implementing Oracle Apps or other banking/financial products are highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements from discovery through solution delivery. Conduct business requirements workshops and solution design sessions with clients and stakeholders. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions. Configure and implement treasury, risk, and banking software solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout implementation. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions. Prepare functional documentation, requirements, process flows, and implementation materials. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution. Deliver end-user and client training. Provide post-go-live support and assist with production issue resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement of treasury and risk management solutions.

Preferred Product / Implementation ExperienceCandidates should have hands-on experience implementing vendor banking, treasury, or risk management products, such as:Oracle / Oracle Apps Workiva Murex Finastra Fusion Risk Finastra Fusion Kondor Calypso Ambit Focus / Balance Sheet Management Other comparable ALM, treasury, risk, or banking platforms Strong preference: Candidates with Oracle Apps and/or banking product implementation experience.

Candidate Profile6–10 years of relevant consulting/business analysis experience. Experience working with banking, financial services, treasury, or risk management solutions. Strong client-facing and consulting experience. Proven experience leading workshops and implementation activities. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical software solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Spanish and English proficiency required. Must be based in Mexico and available for remote work.
