Business Development Digital Growth Executive

Work arrangement: Fully remote/work from home
Contract: Initial three-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
Preferred locations: Jaipur, Noida and Ghaziabad
This opportunity is specially designed for women looking to restart their careers after a break and seeking a flexible, fully remote role.
The position combines business development and lead generation with WordPress, SEO, Mailchimp and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities:
* Research prospective clients and identify relevant decision-makers
* Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
* Conduct personalised email and LinkedIn outreach
* Follow up with prospects and help generate qualified meetings
* Maintain lead records and update the sales pipeline
* Manage and update WordPress websites
* Upload and format articles, images and website pages
* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO
* Manage meta titles, descriptions, internal links and image optimisation.
* Monitor website indexing through Google Search Console
* Create, format and schedule newsletters using Mailchimp
* Manage mailing lists, tags, segments and subscription forms
* Monitor email campaign performance
* Create basic marketing materials using Canva
* Support LinkedIn and other digital-marketing activities
Required skills:
* Experience or practical knowledge of business development and lead generation
* Familiarity with WordPress and website content management
* Working knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console
* Experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns
* Strong online research and database-building skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Familiarity with Canva or a similar design tool
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, Elementor or Google Analytics would be an advantage.
