Join Sakib Haider as a Business Development Executive in Mexico City, Mexico. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to fuel our company’s growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This full-time role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth to enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new distributors and importers across Mexico to expand PRAN-RFL Group’s market footprint. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners to drive initial sales and market penetration. Regularly visit markets to foster positive retailer relationships and ensure brand visibility. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business development goals. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Engage in effective negotiation with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive relationship management. Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare detailed sales and market trend reports for management review and strategic planning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven sales experience with a strong focus on business development. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong market analysis and target-setting capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
