Core missionThe role is responsible for developing and growing AQF business across Mexico, the USA and Canada by prospecting and converting brands, retailers, sourcing companies, traders and suppliers. The successful candidate will position AQF solutions as integrated quality, compliance risk-management and supply-chain solutions, covering services such as product inspection, supplier audits, lab testing and broader quality control support.
Key responsibilitiesIdentify, approach and convert new business opportunities across Mexico, the USA and Canada among brands, retailers, importers, sourcing offices, traders and suppliers.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, networking, outbound prospecting, referrals and client meetings.Promote AQF’s service portfolio, including product inspection, supplier audit, lab testing and quality management solutions tailored to customer risk and compliance needs.Develop consultative sales approaches that connect customer pain points to AQF’s quality, compliance and supply-chain solutions.Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations, and lead contract discussions to close new business.Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into practical service solutions and strong execution.Maintain strong commercial relationships with decision-makers in quality, compliance, sourcing, procurement and supply chain functions.Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to support regional growth strategy.
Professional experienceMinimum 4–6 years of experience in softlines or hardlines commercial, sourcing, compliance or supply-chain roles.At least 3–5 years of experience in new business development, account acquisition or consultative B2B solution selling.Proven ability to engage commercially with customers in Mexico and the United States.Fluent English is required; Spanish is strongly preferred for effective regional business development and client communication.
