Business Development Representative

We need a hunter-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) who doesn't wait for opportunities — they create them. If you thrive on building pipelines from scratch, opening doors in new markets, and closing high-value deals, this role was designed for you.
What you’ll do:Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.Deliver tailored presentations and value-driven solutions aligned to client needs.Hit and exceed revenue targets and KPIs consistently.Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client value.Build lasting relationships with decision-makers across target accounts.
What we’re looking for:Degree in logistics, business administration, international business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or transportation sales.Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business acquisition.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.HubSpot CRM experience preferred.Advanced Excel skills.Advanced English — strong verbal and written communication is a must.Valid visa and availability to travel.
