About the role
Hometown Select Contractor Network (HSCN) is seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to identify new business opportunities across property management, construction, maintenance, renovations, commercial services, and related industries.
The role involves finding business opportunities, generating leads, researching prospects, locating bid opportunities, and supporting company growth through proactive outreach and research.
Responsibilities
- Identify residential and commercial business opportunities.
- Research potential clients, including property owners, investors, property managers, businesses, HOAs, and commercial facilities.
- Locate and qualify project opportunities, bid opportunities, and service contracts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Organize lead information and provide regular updates.
- Assist with business growth through research, prospecting, and outreach.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, prospecting, business development, construction, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Comfort researching opportunities, learning new platforms, building prospect lists, and developing lead-generation strategies independently.
Initial training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided. Success in the role comes from proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities through research, prospecting, networking, outreach, and business development efforts.
