Business Development Specialist

Wingman Support is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to lead our commercial growth strategy and help expand our presence in the staffing and outsourcing industry.
This role is ideal for a true hunter sales professional with experience identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or business services environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across different industries.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and lead generation activities.Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.Support the commercialization of new business solutions, staffing services, and future consulting or technology-related offerings.
RequirementsProven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Leadership.Strong background selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, call center, or business services solutions.Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-driven.Advanced English is highly preferred.Experience working with international clients is a plus.
