Business Intelligence Specialist - TELUS Guatemala

Position Overview
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you transform data into actionable insights to inform business decisions. You analyze complex data sets to identify business trends, perform data mining, conduct analysis to improve and optimize business processes and strategies, and develop business intelligence reports/ dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through the use of data analyticsCollect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable business insights and recommendationsManage business intelligence platforms and toolsBuild reports and tools inside the database environmentConduct troubleshooting on highly complex business intelligence modelsCreate and deploy cross-functional solutions, leading collaborative efforts with other teamsEvaluate and improve existing business intelligence models to create best-in-class solutionsProvide guidance and mentorship to others within the team

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business intelligenceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; MBA is desirableB2 Proficient oral and written English
