Business Operations Analyst

Position: Business Operations Analyst - Financial Systems Operations Location: Hybrid onsite – Costa Rica Office Duration: 6 Months Contract (potential extension; likely no conversion) Interview Process: 2-3 rounds via ZoomRole Overview:The Global Services Delivery Management organization supports the Professional Services organization by improving processes, tools, and operational capabilities. This role will focus on supporting Professional Services Automation (PSA) operations, analyzing business issues, improving processes, and ensuring accuracy across customer invoicing and partner payments.
Key Responsibilities:Review closed/won opportunities and agreements and create projects in PSA.Process project change orders and maintain projects throughout their lifecycle.Audit subcontracting agreements, partner billing rates, and payment schedules.Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams on billing and payment issues.Perform PSA system audits during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.Analyze reports, dashboards, and operational data to identify improvements.Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of professional experience.1–2 years of experience analyzing data, reports, and dashboards.Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or similar spreadsheet tools (Excel VBA is a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.Experience with process improvement, business requirements, project administration, and operations.Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.
