Post Free Ads Here is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support the operational execution of its Professional Services organization. The role maintains the integrity of financial and project operations by ensuring projects, customer billing, partner payments, and operational data are accurately managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Management, Sales Operations, and Professional Services teams, the analyst helps optimize business processes, resolve operational issues, maintain system accuracy, and drive operational excellence across multiple financial systems. The role suits professionals who enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working with large datasets, improving business processes, and collaborating with global stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational setup of customer projects following executed sales agreements, ensuring accuracy across financial and operational systems.
• Maintain project records throughout their lifecycle, including project creation, change requests, engagement updates, project extensions, resource changes, and project closeouts.
• Review and validate customer billing information, project financial data, and operational records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Audit subcontractor agreements, billing rates, payment schedules, purchase requests, and project financial information for operational accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve customer invoicing, partner payment, pricing, and operational discrepancies with internal Finance and Operations teams.
• Review time entry pricing exceptions and implement corrections to maintain accurate project financials.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end operational audits to support financial reporting and system integrity.
• Analyze operational data.
