About the role
MSH has partnered with a publicly traded, global B2B agriproducts organization building a new regional finance team. With operations across more than 30 countries and five continents, the business offers the reach of an established multinational and the opportunity to help shape a new function from the ground up.
This role focuses on understanding what drives profitability by analyzing performance across products, customers, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing, margins, standard costing, manufacturing variances, yields, and cost allocation.
- Work with Finance, Operations, and commercial leaders across the region to identify opportunities and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Build analytical tools and dashboards that give teams a clearer, more consistent view of performance.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in manufacturing finance, operational finance, costing, or business performance.
- Strong standard costing, profitability, margin, and variance analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
- US GAAP exposure.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to explain complex findings clearly and work closely with business partners.
- Tobacco industry experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds include manufacturing, CPG, food and beverage, agribusiness, pharma, and other complex international businesses.
