Business Process Analyst (Contingent) TA

About the role

GraceMark Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst (Contingent) to support Technical Advisory (TA) in exploring, selecting, defining, and implementing its next Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. The role will lead business analysis for the PSA transformation, examining current operations, identifying future-state needs, and defining capabilities required from a modern PSA platform.

The analyst will work with TA subject matter experts, Business Excellence, the PSA Program Manager, GET, and the selected PSA provider. The initial engagement is expected to be approximately six months, with potential to continue through solution definition, design, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery across Technical Advisory to understand current-state PSA-related processes, workflows, roles, pain points, data needs, controls, dependencies, and system limitations.
• Engage with TA personas who create, maintain, manage, govern, or consume PSA information, ensuring requirements reflect the broader organization.
• Understand the business, challenge legacy processes where appropriate, and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Ensure the future PSA platform supports current operational needs and Technical Advisory's evolving consulting model.

Requirements

• Bring strong business process analysis, requirements discovery, facilitation, and transformation experience.
• Be able to work across complex stakeholder groups and translate business needs into clear, structured capabilities and requirements.
